Because content in this area is still being developed, it is posted in "document" form — and these documents will be updated as the innovation work progresses.

IHI’s work in Malawi is part of a partnership between four organizations that have come together to form The Health Foundation Consortium (THFC). This work focuses its energies on helping local health facilities reduce extremely high rates of maternal and neonatal injury and death.

The content shared here results from our continued work with partners in Malawi to improve maternal and infant care, and to assist with the formation of improvement collaboratives in several of the country's provinces.
