Use the Ventilator Bundle Checklist to help track your organization's compliance with implementing each element of the ventilator bundle. The greater the level of compliance with all of the items in the bundle, the better the reduction in the ventilator-associated pneumonia rate.
*NOTE: The checklist is particularly effective if used in conjunction with the Daily Goals Worksheet that can be completed during daily rounds on the patient.
