Fees

The fee to enroll in this program is $10,000 per participant.

This fee includes:

Seven-day program for the primary participant
Two-day participation by the CEO of the organization
All program materials, tools, and literature
Continental breakfasts, lunches, and three dinner receptions
An active community of safety colleagues whose continued collaboration will be facilitated by IHI

Enrollment Process
Due to the intensity of this program, we must limit the class size. Enrollment will be accepted on a rolling admissions basis until the program reaches capacity.

This program is offered twice per year, typically in March and September.

Discounts Available

Scholarship Funding
There is a limited amount of scholarship funding available to offset the program fee in cases of financial hardship. If you are interested in applying for a need-based scholarship, please complete an application and submit it via email to info@ihi.org. We will contact you within ten days regarding scholarship availability.

Group Enrollment Discount
Organizations sending 3 or more are eligible to receive a 15% discount: $8,500 per person.

Members of IHI’s IMPACT network are eligible to receive a 15% discount: $8,500 per person.

Special Discount
IHI is pleased to offer a 50% discount for employees of independent, federally qualified health centers not affiliated with a hospital or health system; independent practices with fewer than 20 physicians; hospitals with fewer than 50 beds; employees of the Indian Health Service; and members of the National Association of Public Hospitals. Our Guarantee to You

Cancellation Policy
You will receive a full refund of your enrollment fee if:

You cancel your enrollment at least one month prior to the program start date; or
You send a substitute attendee to attend the program in your place.

If a substitute is not found, you are responsible for the full enrollment fee and regretfully we are unable to refund your participant fee.

Unconditional Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied that this program is a valuable experience, IHI will gladly refund your enrollment fee within 30 days of the program end date. Please note that due to unforeseeable circumstances, last-minute changes in program titles, speakers, or presentations may be unavoidable.
