Samples of Passport Members-Only Tools & Resources

Passport members have access to members-only tools and activities to learn the best knowledge available on the key process improvements that will lead to exceptional patient care. Below you will find a sampling of the materials available to Passport members.

Key Performance Data/IHI Hospital Dashboard

The dashboard displays a selection of whole system hospital measures, providing an indication of progress over time relative to national, state or hospital referral region benchmarks. This is an example of the metrics available.  (Note:  Not all metrics are available for all organizations.)

The IHI Improvement Capability Self-Assessment Tool

Hospital leaders and staff can use the IHI Improvement Capability Self-Assessment Tool to better understand your hospital’s improvement capacity, stimulate discussion about areas of strength and opportunity, and to help you reflect on and evaluate specific improvement efforts. (Note:  This is only the first page of the assessment.)
