This seminar will help you to:

Understand the theory, application, and benefits of applying variability methodology and operations management methodologies to OR services
Overcome associated challenges through the practical guidance of faculty
Identify the necessary actions of staff at every level
Assess the OR's hospital-wide impact on services and measure the net benefit of increased efficiency
