A “real-world” exercise in physician engagement: using the MEC meeting as an opportunity to take responsibility for system-level results.

Too often, we cause turmoil when we display physician performance data. This session will review some best practices for using data to stimulate inquiry and learning, rather than arguments.

Standardization is a key principle for improvement. This session will address pitfalls and best practices in working with physicians to standardize common clinical processes.
