Designing Reliable Delivery of Optimal Care is a highly interactive program made up of mini-lectures and group exercises, with a lot of coaching from faculty. To gain the best understanding of reliability design, participants should choose a topic from the list below to focus on during the seminar. The topics are categorized according to key focus areas.
