Pre-conference Minicourse (March 19): $495

General Conference Early Registration: $795 (for enrollments made by February 17, 2006)

General Conference Regular Registration: $895

 

Registration Discounts

Group Registration
Organizations sending 5 or more people to the Summit are eligible to receive a discounted rate for the General Conference.

IMPACT Member Discount
Members of IHI’s IMPACT Network are eligible to receive discounted enrollment rates.

Student Discount
Full-time students are eligible to receive discounted enrollment for the General Conference.

Special Discount
Employees of independent, federally qualified health centers not affiliated with a hospital or health system, independent practices with fewer than 20 physicians and hospitals with fewer than 50 beds are eligible to receive discounted enrollment rates.

Scholarship Funding
There is a limited amount of scholarship funding available to offset the fees in cases of financial hardship. Please submit a statement of need to IHI by email at info@ihi.org, and we will contact you within ten days regarding scholarship availability.

 Cancellations and Substitutions

Now you can process all cancellations and substitutions yourself by editing enrollments online. Simply login to the IHI website, click "My IHI" and under "My Event Enrollments," click "View Enrollment History."   From this screen you will be able to either edit your enrollment, including specifying a substitute attendee, or cancel your enrollment. There will be no charge for cancellations made on or before March 6, 2005, or for substituting one person for another at any time. Refunds for cancellations made after March 6, 2005 will be based upon the date you process your cancellation as follows:

 

  • By March 6, 2006:  Full tuition refund
  • Between March 7-18, 2006:  50% tuition refund
  • After March 18, 2006:  No refund

 

Refunds apply to registration fees only. Refunds are not available for tickets to tours, receptions or other special events. Hotel cancellations must be made directly by contacting the San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina.

 

The Institute for Healthcare Improvement reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the 7th Annual International Summit on Redesigning the Clinical Office Practice, your conference registration fee(s) will be credited towards participation at the re-scheduled 7th Annual International Summit on Redesigning the Clinical Office Practice.  All other cancellations are subject to the Cancellation Policy stated above.
