All cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing by mail or fax to the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. There will be no charge for cancellations made by March 14, 2005 for substituting one person for another at any time. Refunds for cancellations made after March 14, 2005 will be based upon the date the cancellation is received in IHI's offices, as follows:
By March 14, 2005: Full tuition refund
Between March 14-28, 2005: 50% tuition refund
After March 28, 2005: No refund
Refunds apply to registration fees only. Refunds are not available for tickets to tours, receptions or other special events. Hotel cancellations must be made directly by contacting the Marriott Wardman Park.
The Institute for Healthcare Improvement reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the 6th Annual International Summit on Redesigning the Clinical Office Practice, your conference registration fee(s) will be credited towards participation at the re-scheduled 6th Annual International Summit on Redesigning the Clinical Office Practice. All other cancellations are subject to the Cancellation Policy stated above.
