New Policy for National Forum Presentation Materials

The Institute for Healthcare Improvement is making a concerted effort to reduce our environmental impact at this year’s National Forum. One area we are focusing on is the reduction of paper waste.

  • Paper handouts for Tuesday and Wednesday's General Conference Workshops Sessions will be posted online prior to the conference. Paper copies will not be provided in the session rooms. Paper handouts will be provided for Sunday's Learning Labs and Monday's Minicourses.
  • Presentation materials made available to IHI by faculty before the conference will be posted on this web page a few weeks before the National Forum so attendees can review materials and print handouts to bring with them, if they choose.
  • Handouts may also be printed on-site at the Forum at kiosks in the following locations at the Marriott World Center: Key Biscayne (North Tower) and Los Angeles.
  • All printer paper used at the Forum is 30% or 100% recycled paper content.
  • Workshop handouts made available to IHI by faculty can also be accessed at no cost after the National Forum on this web page.
