Group Discount
Groups of five or more individuals from the same organization or system are eligible for a discounted rate of $940 per person for the General Conference. Please use our new online enrollment process to enroll your group. Discounts are not available for pre-conference sessions.
Special Discounts
For employees of independent, federally qualified health centers not affiliated with a hospital or health system; independent practices with fewer than 20 physicians; or hospitals with fewer than 50 beds.

Scholarship Funding
There is a limited amount of scholarship funding available to offset the General Conference fees in cases of financial hardship. Please submit a statement of need to IHI by email at info@ihi.org, and we will contact you within ten days regarding scholarship availability.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Now you can process all cancellations and substitutions yourself by editing enrollments online. Simply login to the IHI website, click "My IHI" and under "My Event Enrollments", click "View Enrollment History." From this screen you will be able to either edit your enrollment, including specifying a substitute attendee, or cancel your enrollment. There will be no charge for cancellations made on or before November 18, 2005, or for substituting one person for another at any time. Refunds for cancellations made after November 18, 2005 will be based upon the date you process your cancellation as follows:
- By November 18, 2005: full tuition refund
- November 19-December 10, 2005: 50% tuition refund
- After December 11, 2005: no refund
Refunds apply to registration fees only. Refunds are not available for tickets to tours, receptions, or other special events. Contact the Marriott Orlando World Center directly for all hotel accommodation changes and cancellations. IHI reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the National Forum on Quality Improvement in Health Care, your conference registration fee(s) will be credited toward participation at the rescheduled National Forum. All other cancellations are subject to the Cancellation Policy stated above.
