The National Forum on Quality Improvement in Health Care is the premier "meeting place" for people committed to the mission of improving health care. This annual event draws approximately 4,000 health care leaders from around the world in person and an additional 6,000 via satellite.
The Institute for Healthcare Improvement and the British Medical Journal Publications Group also sponsor the annual European Forum on Quality Improvement in Health Care.
For this year's National Forum in Orlando, Florida, we are expecting over 4,000 participants and thousands more via satellite.

Donna Isgett is Vice President of Clinical Effectiveness at McLeod Health in Florence, South Carolina. McLeod Health has received numerous quality awards for their clinical quality work including the 2000 Governors Quality Award for the State of South Carolina, and is a recipient of The Robert Wood Johnson Pursuing Perfection Grant and Premier’s Award for Quality in 2003. In her position, she is responsible for the corporate oversight of the Clinical Effectiveness division which includes Clinical Outcomes Management, Counseling and Discharge Planning, Risk Management, Infection Control, Care Coordination, Clinical Effectiveness Care Managers, Physician Credentialing, and Medical Staff Support. Ms. Isgett is also Co-Chair of the Quality Operations Committee at McLeod and is a member of the Quality Executive Committee.

Ann M. Lewis is Executive Director of CareSouth Carolina, Inc., a non-profit community health center in Hartsville, South Carolina. She has led the organization from its inception, with a small staff of four serving a rural community of 800, to its current configuration of eight clinical offices staffed by over 200 employees that serves over 27,000 patients annually. For the past three years Ms. Lewis has served on the faculty for both the IHI Breakthrough Series Collaboratives and the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) Health Disparities Collaboratives, providing training for Senior Leadership and the Chronic Care Model. She is currently co-chair of a pilot Health Disparities Redesign/Finance Collaborative. She has served as advisor to the BPHC and American Psychological Association Task Force on Integration of Mental Health and Primary Care in CHC Settings.
Randall L. Linton, MD, is President and CEO of Luther Midelfort–Mayo Health System based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Luther Midelfort–Mayo Health System is a highly integrated, physician-led, multispecialty health care system that delivers care at four hospitals and eleven clinic locations in west-central Wisconsin. Dr. Linton received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska and completed his pediatric residency at the University of Iowa. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the American College of Physician Executives and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
