Group Discount
Groups of five or more individuals from the same organization or system are eligible for a discounted rate of $940 for the General Conference. Please use our new online enrollment process to enroll your group. Discounts are not available for pre-conference sessions.
Special Discounts
For employees of independent, federally qualified health centers not affiliated with a hospital or health center, independent practices with fewer than 20 physicians and hospitals with fewer than 50 bed.

Cancellations and Substitutions
All cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing by mail or fax to the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. There will be no charge for cancellations made by November 19, 2004, or for substituting one person for another at any time. Refunds for cancellations made after November 20, 2004, will be based upon the date the cancellation notice is received in IHI’s office, as follows:
- By November 19, 2004: full tuition refund
- November 20-December 11, 2004: 50% tuition refund
- After December 12, 2004: no refund
Refunds apply to registration fees only. Refunds are not available for tickets to tours, receptions, or other special events. Contact the Marriott Orlando World Center directly for all hotel accommodation changes and cancellations. IHI reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the National Forum on Quality Improvement in Health Care, your conference registration fee(s) will be credited toward participation at the rescheduled National Forum. All other cancellations are subject to the Cancellation Policy stated above.
