Office Practice Summit Program Information:

  • Download the Office Practice Summit brochure.
  • The Office Practice Summit conference guide includes complete session descriptions and all the information you will need onsite in Vancouver.
  • Attend a free, informal special interest breakfast session on Tuesday, March 24.
  • Help Us Reduce Paper Waste: Paper handouts for Minicourses, Learning Labs and Workshops will not be provided in the meeting rooms. Instead, we will provide each attendee a jump drive loaded with all session materials at time of registration. We encourage you to bring your laptop to all sessions. Handouts made available to IHI by faculty before the conference will be posted on this web page (see "Meeting Materials" tab) so attendees can review materials and print handouts to bring with them, if they choose. Handouts may also be printed on-site at the Summit in Meeting Room 7.  All printer paper used at the Summit is 30% or 100% recycled paper content.

Join Us for the 2009 Office Practice Summit

The 10th Annual International Summit on Redesigning the Clinical Office Practice will build on its nine-year history as the meeting place for health care providers to learn cutting-edge improvements for the office practice and outpatient settings.

On March 22-24, 2009, in Vancouver, BC, Canada, the Summit will bring together revolutionary thinkers and innovative practitioners who are launching a new era in the scope and ambition of local care delivery. This event will fill you and your team with the energy, optimism, ideas, and practice solutions necessary to successfully manage your 2009 quality improvement agenda.
