Reducing Sepsis Mortality is a 12-month Collaborative beginning in Fall 2009 and ending August 31, 2010. When you enroll for this Collaborative, you will be assigned pre-work to be completed prior to the first meeting, which will take place at the end of October 2009.

The annual fee per entity to participate in a Collaborative is $15,000. A reduced rate of $7,500 per entity per year applies to federally qualified health centers, physician practices comprising fewer than 20 physicians, and hospitals with an average daily census of fewer than 50 beds.

The fees to participate in the Collaborative do not include hotel and travel expenses for the one in-person meeting. As this meeting is an important part of the Collaborative experience, we encourage you to budget costs for your organization to attend into your planning for the program.
