On October 27, 2008, organizations across the United States logged-on as the 5 Million Lives Campaign showcased some of the best and most innovative quality improvement and patient safety work happening in the US on National Network Day. IHI faculty experts, Campaign Mentor Hospitals, hospital leaders, frontline care providers, Nodes, and national and scientific partners contributed to a dynamic day of interactive, web-based learning.
